If someone has died
If someone has died and you need our help, your local funeral home will be able to help you. We are available 24 hours a day but outside of working hours, calls are answered by our central care team.
If you’d prefer not to speak to someone right now but need to let us know someone has died, complete our online form and someone will call you back within 1 hour.
General enquiries
For non-urgent, general enquiries, complete the general enquiries form and someone will contact you within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
Complaints
To make a complaint you can email us at funeral.clientrelations@co-operative.coop
If your complaint is about a funeral plan, which is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, email us at funeralplancomplaints@coop.co.uk
